As I was reflecting over the past 2009 year, I started to focus on all the positive things that happened to me.

Danny, Alpha Omega, was one of the first I thought of. Being a 59 year old widow, I was naive to the car repair world. I always trusted the repair man when he told me what it would cost to fix my jeep. I believed that if I let them know I was a widow, with very little money, I could trust them and their prices. I would find out they didn't care. So, I would try another place...but nothing changed. I always paid for parts I didn't need, and then way too much for labor. I would always hear after I had paid the bill that I paid way too much.

I think you know the day I walked into your shop, God used you to change my feelings on garages. The last service station wanted $971.00 to put in a radiator. I knew then that I would just have to junk my jeep. It was the only means of transportation for my daughter, grandson, granddaughter and myself. When I was told to take the jeep to you, I certainly did not expect to find what you and Alpha Omega are made of. You had my jeep finished in 2 hours when the others said it would take 8. Your price was one third of theirs. You looked me straight in the eye and told me not to worry you would get it done, and you did. But it was different this time. I heard understanding and a willingness to help. And on top of that you were really an honest man. I trust Alpha Omega. I am confident to suggest your business to anyone knowing it is a business that has integrity and a conscience.
